Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: 

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Set clear KPIs and track performance against marketing goals.
- Formulate, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, social media, growth, PR) to align with business objectives.

Brand Development:

- Provide support in developing the brand proposition and maintaining visual guidelines for consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand integrity in visual content.

Content Creation and Social Media:

- Owns communications in terms of written, visual, and multimedia content creation in collaboration with our in-house editor and production houses.
- Drive end to end social media efforts on LinkedIn,YouTube,Twitter and Instagram.

PR and Event Marketing:

- Provide support in leading PR efforts with the media, ensuring positive coverage and effective communication of the firm's achievements.
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collaborate in utilizing data and analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team, aiding in data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Website Management:

- Contribute to the development and optimization of the firm's website, helping it serve as a dynamic hub for valuable insights.
- Support the implementation of strategies to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and maintain the website's relevance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Assist in collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with  business objectives.

Marketing Operations:

- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimisation efforts to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. 


Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, branding, content marketing, demonstrating a track record of successful  campaigns and strategies.
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Head.
- Strong understanding of excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and execute complex marketing campaigns.
